Cuisine Noir the leading food, wine and travel lifestyle magazine for the African Diaspora, recetnly published a story I wrote entitled: “From California to The Gambia: Couple Opens the Country’s First Vegan Eatery.” I had the pleasure of dining at their eatery when I was in Gambia in May 2019.
